Honest, my life's motto is not, "Always seek out the decay". This was within a one-block walk of two, count 'em, two luxury hotels (one of which I was lucky enough to be staying at). This, as you can probably tell, is one of the neighbourhood's non-luxurious, gone-out-of-business hotels.
