And - you heard it here first, folks - Fred Herzog's coming out with a new book this fall. I'd say, "Place your orders today," but there's no title, no nothin'. Yet.

Just what we need: more over-large and over-priced photographs. Look good in a book, though.
While not denying the pleasure to be found in looking at Mr. Herzog's pictures, I wonder what part the historical aspect factors in; would the same images, taken today, be as compelling? Imagine seeing some of them on Flickr.
