Maybe it's because I'm colourblind (Oh! The wardrobe faux pas!) that I'm so fascinated with colour. Or, maybe I just like bright, shiny things. Maybe it's because I just saw too many of Pete Turner's photos when I was young. Or maybe it was Ernst Haas?And I just found this site (too bad I can't remember how, but...) - Monkeysquirrel! Actually, there was a link on the "Online Photographer" site. What a bunch of nutty folks exist out there.

as an admirer of your work : ),shaggy dog, i say, "Bring back the commentary and politics." for two reasons: 1)i miss it! and 2)you are depriving others of your artistry and wit.
To synj00, yep, really colour blind. Not hideously - just enough to mess me up once in a while. Don't worry too much about your son. It's never really bothered me. We all just see what we see.
