I find the colors in this image displeasing. It isn't you; I have to battle the problem when I encounter the same pink cast in my own work, and I usually give up, unless there is a really strong b&w image hiding behind the color.
I tried fiddling with your image in ACR but without success.
Maybe it will all be better if I have that lobotomy...you think?
